In 1989, with an unexpected introduction to the music of Sarah Vaughan, Angela Hagenbach decided to focus on music full time. In 1986 Angela returned to her hometown and began to pursue another lifelong interest - music. She joined a gospel choir and quickly became a featured soloist. Still, jazz wasn't on her agenda, until she heard Sarah singing "Black Coffee." From that point on.
